New, but settling

Now this should be fun.  I'll start by saying it's just another day in the annals of Washington Hospital Center Neurosurgery.  Plenty of sick patients, plenty of ADEQUATE providers, though some more than others, and not so much time for blogging.  I have no wonderful philosophic rants today.  However, I will state that my chi seems somewhat balanced.  Hope of hopes...Obama bails me out so I can retire in the Carribbean.  I guess for now I'll keep working.
